The 24 Hours of LeMons is not for the faint of heart. Each race car is purchased, fixed up, and track preped for $500 dollars or less. Before you hit the Track you have a Series of trials you go through such as the Valet Parking and the Anti-slalom course. Once you get on the track you are moving right along. I hope you were nice to people along the way because around the halfway mark the race teams vote and 1 car is taken out back and crushed. Named the "People's Curse" it is going to be a bad day for someone. Just making it to the end of the race is an accomplishment in of itself. If you win you get a bag full of nickels. Sounds fun doesn't it? I'm just hoping for a shirt that says "I raced in the 24 hours of LeMons and Lived and all I got was this Lousey T-shirt" I'm going to assume they have those there.
